Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Ra Uru Hu packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
